ABOUT THE ROLE

Footballco is looking for a superstar Account Executive based in Jakarta and reporting into our Asia function across Indonesia, Singapore and Tokyo.

Our ambition is to make FootballCo’s brands – Goal, Calciomercato, FC Player, Spox and Voetbalzone – the most loved publishers in sport. We want to build deep relationships with people; to be the first app they check in the morning, and the last IG page they scroll at night.

Your mission is to make this vision a reality.

This position is based in Jakarta and is flexible working between WeWork offices and home. We offer competitive compensation and a bonus scheme. You will report into Senior Account Manager, Footballco (based in Singapore)

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Account Management – build understanding of Client business and objectives in order to plan and execute effective campaigns

  • Project Management - ensure multiple Client projects are delivered to high standard, on-budget, on-time and vs KPIs. Manage teams on complex projects and be able to adapt to change/challenges and/or manage conflicting requests

  • Content – work with internal and external stakeholders to ideate, build and deliver bespoke content and media solutions for FootballCo & Clients – across social, film, editorial and media

  • Reporting – ensure timely and accurate reports are delivered to all key stakeholders – highlighting key learnings and insights that will ensure we are constantly optimising our approach

  • Adding Value – always look for opportunities to add further value both internally and externally – this maybe identifying additional revenue or growth

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • Excellent organisational and project management skills – deliver projects on time, to high standard while ensuring project budget is not exceeded

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to manage/coordinate multiple external and internal stakeholders

  • Excellent project reporting skills – creation of decks, Google sheet to track ongoing project status and utilising software’s such as Facebook creator studio, ads manager and Conviva to obtain content performance results

  • Self-starter and proactive approach to tasks

  • Knowledge and interest in football, sports media and digital marketing space

  • work

  • Understanding of the digital media products & services media landscape and how brands use to activate partnerships

  • Advanced skills pertaining to Google suite of programs

Not essential but all great if you had the following

  • Experience working in an agency environment preferably in sport

  • Knowledge or experience with branded content (film, social, editorial) production / publishing

  • Experience of working with brands, federations, leagues or broadcasters

  • Additional languages

  • Basic understanding of Adobe software
